There will be an automatic $50 reprint fee if a reprint is necessary due to additional tax information being submitted after the final print of the return. The fee could be higher if additional calculations are required.
Tax returns and organizers sent through SafeSend go out to the first person listed on the tax return first. Once that person signs, then the document is released to the second person listed on the tax return. This is simply a KBA programming design that SafeSend uses to identify the signor. This software design is out of our control.
